2026 Weber Refund Policy
50% of team fee is non-refundable
50% is refundable before July 1st
25% is refundable before August 1st
No refunds issued after August 1st
2026 Utah League Fees and Refund Policies
Registration Timeline:
Rider registration opens on March 29th.
You can pay the fees through your account at pitzone.nationalmtb.org. The team must send each rider an individual invite to register and pay.
Completion of registration and fee payment is mandatory to attend team practices, except for a single “try it out” practice.
Rider registration closes on Monday, June 1st, 2026.
Late registration incurs a $25 late fee and closes at 11:59 PM on June 8, 2026. Riders will NOT be able to register with the league or be able to participate in any capacity with the team after this time.

Includes the state championship race for qualifying riders (State Championship Qualification will be updated for the 2026 season in the upcoming months.)

Refunds:
The $55 NICA Membership Fee is non-refundable
The $5 NICA Technology Fee is non- refundable
Prior to July 1, 2025; the Utah League Fee is partially refundable -- High School $175 and Junior Devo $125.
After July 1, 2025; the Utah League Fee is partially refundable only for season-ending injuries or other medical issues. A doctor’s note must be provided. Refunds will be prorated based on the number of months into the season the injury occurs, and the League is notified.

Refunds cannot be made after the season has ended.
No refunds will be given for a missed race.
No refunds are given for canceled races due to weather or other “Acts of God”. Please review the Weather & Environmental Policy.
